Tricking (or martial arts tricking) is a non-combative, dynamic sport that incorporates elements of martial arts, gymnastics, and breakdancing and combines them into a single performance-focused artform.
Our tricking classes will teach students of all ages – kids, teens, and adults how to kick, flip, and twist! Through safe progressions, proper equipment, and experienced instruction, we believe ANYONE can learn how to trick.
Tricking is for EVERYONE. It’s a full body workout that improves strength, aerial awareness, flexibility, and mobility. Training tricking affects more than just your physical state – it also encourages focus, discipline, and mental clarity.

Every class begins with a full body warm up with all the classes. Once warmed up, we split into classes to work on specific skills with their coach. Each class has a focused age group and skill level.

Don't worry! We welcome beginners and train you from the ground up! Our classes are structured to be beginner-friendly with no experience required.
The majority of our students have no prior experience in martial arts or tumbling. Our program focuses on developing the movement fundamentals, strength, and awareness.
Absolutely! While tricking may look dangerous, we break down all our skills to their base fundamentals. We build all our students from the ground up - using drills and equipment to develop strength, control, and air awareness.
Our coaching method heavily relies on safety equipment - pads, blocks & mats, and our spring floor really aid with understanding the movement and drilling the body. We don't just chuck skills and hope to land!
We recommend a minimum of 2 classes per week as an optimal number to start seeing steady progress, especially with our beginners. But you should always listen to your body! Tricking is an intensive activity and everyone's body is different.
